If you are a private individual purchasing from Orium Life, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. On this page you can read how it works and find the form you can use for this purpose.
Are you buying for your company?
The right of withdrawal only applies to private consumers. Purchases by companies, salons, clinics and other professional customers are subject to our terms and conditions. Terms and Conditions and cannot be cancelled under this arrangement.

Your right of withdrawal
You have 14 calendar days to cancel your order without giving a reason. This period begins on the day you, or someone you designate (not the carrier), receives the products. If your order is delivered in multiple shipments, the 14 days only begin when you receive the last product.
How do you cancel your purchase?
- Let us know within 14 days that you want to cancel your purchase. That can be done most quickly via the Online withdrawal form at the bottom of this page. You can also send us a clear message by email to [email protected] or by post to the address above.
- You can also use the model withdrawal form at the bottom of this page, but that is not mandatory. A clear email is sufficient.
- We will confirm receipt of your cancellation immediately by email.
You are on time as long as you send your message before the end of the 14-day period.
Returning the products
- Please return the products to us within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation.
- Return address: Slimcab BV, Wittestraat 76, 8700 Tielt, Belgium.
- The direct costs of returning the item are at your own expense. For large or heavy items that cannot be sent via regular mail, the estimated return costs are [amount / “on request”].
- Pack the products carefully, preferably in the original packaging, with all accessories, manuals and spare parts.
Your refund
- We will refund all amounts we have received from you, including the standard delivery costs, within 14 days after we have received your cancellation.
- If you have chosen a more expensive delivery method than our cheapest standard delivery, we will not refund those extra costs.
- We may delay refund until we have received the products back, or until you have shown that you have returned them, whichever comes first.
- We will refund you using the same payment method you used for the order, unless we agree on something else together. You will not pay any fees for the refund.
Handling the products during the 14 days
You may handle and inspect the products as you would in a store to determine their nature, characteristics and performance. If a product’s value decreases due to your use beyond what was necessary, we may deduct that loss of value from your refund.
When the right of withdrawal does not apply
According to the law, you cannot cancel your purchase in the following cases:
- Sealed products that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if the seal is broken after delivery (for example, creams, gels, oils, applicators and other disposable consumer products).
- Products that have been manufactured according to your specifications or that have been clearly personalized for you.
- Products that spoil quickly or have a limited shelf life.
- Products that are inextricably mixed with other products after delivery.
These exceptions do not affect your statutory warranty if a product is defective.
Legal guarantee
As a private individual, you always have a legal warranty of 2 years on the products you buy from us. This warranty covers any defects or non-conformities that become apparent within two years of delivery.
- If a product is defective, incomplete, or does not match the description, we will repair or replace it, if possible according to your choice. If neither of these options is possible, you are entitled to a price reduction or a refund.
- Report the problem within two months after you have identified it.
- Any additional (commercial) warranty that we offer is in addition to this legal warranty and never replaces it.
